
I included Cryo Recovery as part of my training program leading up to the 400km non-stop 2017 Munga Trail run. I went twice a week leading up to the Munga and I never had any niggles in my legs during training and they felt great at the start of the race. I firmly believe Cryo Recovery works so I continue to go once a week! Everyone who is serious about their training and racing should include Cryo Recovery sessions in their training programs.
